This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions of The Lichtenfeld LLC (“The Lichtenfeld LLC”, “we”, “us” or “Platform”) for The Lichtenfeld LLC.com and its back office. By accessing the member’s area (back-office) you (“Participant”, “you” or “your”) certify that you are over the age of 18 and you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set forth herein, do not join this platform. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS ON THE PRODUCT CLAIMS THAT YOU CAN MAKE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. The Lichtenfeld LLC reserves the rights to terminate an account including but not limited to: cross-recruiting, solicitation, creating multiple fake accounts or any other suspicious and fraudulent activity that is done on purpose.
Stacking is the process of one person creating multiple fake accounts to artificially grow a network team and benefit from the compensation plan in a dishonest way. Each Participant is only allowed to create one personal account. Absolutely no stacking allowed.
DISCLAIMER
The Participant understands The Lichtenfeld LLC, is not a company, employee, agent, lawyer, financial analyst, or accountant. The Participant understands that The Lichtenfeld LLC has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for Participant; (2) Perform any business management functions including but not limited to, accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto. Either The Lichtenfeld LLC or the Participant can terminate this agreement at any time.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
The Lichtenfeld LLC is developed for strictly educational purposes ONLY. The Participant accepts and agrees that Participant is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Platform.
The Lichtenfeld LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. The Participant understands that because of the nature of the platform and extent, the results experienced by each Participant may significantly vary. The Participant acknowledges that as with any endeavor, there is an inerrant risk or loss or capital and there is no guarantee that Participant will reach their goals as a result of participation. Education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. The Lichtenfeld LLC assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any materials.
PARTICIPANT STATUS
Nothing in this Agreement is to be construed as creating a partnership, venture alliance, or any other similar relationship. Each party shall be independent in its performance hereunder and shall retain control over its personnel and the manner in which such personnel performs hereunder. In no event shall such persons be deemed employees of the other party by virtue of participation or performance hereunder.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Participant agrees they will use The Lichtenfeld LLC services at their own risk and that the Platform is an educational service being provided. Participant releases The Lichtenfeld LLC, subsidiaries, principals, agents, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, Instructors, guides, Participants, and related entities any way as well as the venue where the platforms are being held (if applicable) and any of its, executives, agents, Participants (hereinafter “Releasees”) from any/all damages that may result from any claims arising from any agreements, all actions, causes of action, contracts, claims, suits, costs, demands and damages of whatever nature or kind in law or in equity arising from my participation. The Participant accepts any/all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable. The Participant agrees that The Lichtenfeld LLC will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting from or arising from including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of The Lichtenfeld LLC’s platform. The Lichtenfeld LLC assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any of the materials. You also understand that any testimonials or endorsements by our Participants or audience represented on The Lichtenfeld LLC, websites, content, landing pages, sales pages, or offerings have not been scientifically evaluated by us and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly.
