Frequently Asked Questions

Mission, Structure, and Integrity

What does 'The Lichtenfeld' mean?

The name The Lichtenfeld honors the founder’s father, Karl John Lichtenfeld, whose vision of embracing the “Challenge World” and turning the journey to success into a community business laid the foundation for our mission.

What is The Lichtenfeld LLC's purpose?

The Lichtenfeld LLC is the legal and operational backbone for the UIBTBB (Unique Investment Blessed To Be Blessed) Community.

Legal Structure: It provides the necessary legal protection for the founder (President, Founder Kelsie Lichtenfeld) and the operating system.

Operational Engine: It holds the proprietary system and Web3 technology that manages the platform and tracks contributions.

Mission: Its purpose is to create a transparent, ethical framework to empower members toward financial freedom and debt-free living through collective community support.

Is the UIBTBB system legal?

Yes. The Lichtenfeld LLC is a legally registered business entity in the State of Colorado, USA. We operate with full commitment to U.S. federal and state laws. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against all illegal schemes, including gifting circles and pyramid models.

Is the platform secure?

Yes. Our system utilizes HTTPS and a LOCKSITE web environment, backed by comprehensive Cybersecurity system protocols and server management provided by our specialized technology team. All data and member accounts are subject to stringent security settings to guard against unauthorized access and hacking.

What kind of financial activity is this?

This is NOT an investment. All contributions are classified as non-refundable donations from one community member to another to advance the collective mission.

Member Responsibility: Members retain sole responsibility for their personal financial decisions, tax compliance, and any perceived gain or loss.

No Investment Relationship: UIBTBB is not a bank, investment fund, or financial advisor.

Participation and Financial Model

What is the first step to joining the community?

The first step is to choose one of the available contribution options: $25, $55, $110, or $220 (additional amounts may be added in the future). This is your initial donation to start the process of account activation and community participation.

How much money do I need to start?

We suggest starting with the minimum $25 Donation. This allows you to experience the community, build trust, and become comfortable before committing to higher contribution levels.

What benefits do I get from the UIBTBB community?

The benefit is the collective support provided by the community to help members achieve financial security. This support can be applied toward verifiable financial goals, such as:

• Assistance with Medical Insurance payments or healthcare costs.
• Support for College Financial Payments or education costs.
• Financial aid for major life expenses (e.g., buying a home or car).

What do I receive in return for my contribution?

You receive a Donation of Support from the community (paid into your account)
that is enabled by other members who choose to donate on that board. This
system is based on webmaster helping members 24/7.

Can UIBTBB guarantee that it is not MLM or a Pyramid Scheme?

Yes, absolutely. Our structure is explicitly not a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or
Pyramid Scheme because:

• One Line Process: Our system follows a ONE LINE process where members move
through in the order they join the board—there is no requirement for
recruitment tiers or a multi-level structure.

• Zero-Tolerance Policy: We prohibit all pyramid and gifting schemes. We enforce
this by cooperating with Interpol and USNCB (United States National Central
Bureau) on criminal database checks.

Is there a loyalty donation for members?

Yes. Our community relies on consistent support. Active members may receive a
Loyalty Donate (often based on the Community Donation system) paid into their
account as long as they adhere to the community’s mission and rules.

Are there refunds?

NO, there are NO REFUNDS. All money contributed is considered a non-refundable
Donation to the community’s charitable mission of mutual support. By
participating, members assume personal responsibility for loss

Technology, Security, and Partnerships

Does UIBTBB have insurance against system failure or hacking?

We maintain robust Cybersecurity defenses, but as a small company, we
manage risk through layered protection. We monitor all systems and are
prepared to report any severe security breaches or illegal activities to the FBI,
Interpol, and USNCB.

Has UIBTBB established any partnerships?

We are actively building our network.

• Current Status: We use Web Sigma as a vendor/contractor for technical
deployment (FTP/APK) but maintain strict ownership over our proprietary
technology.

• Future Goals: We are actively seeking strategic alliances with Financial
Literacy Profits and Community Health Centers (FQHCs) to enhance our
support services.
