Core Policy Statement

To maintain full compliance with global financial regulations and the legal integrity of The Lichtenfeld LLC, all individuals wishing to register for a financial account within the UIBTBB (Unique Investment Blessed To Be Blessed) community must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Rationale for the 18+ Mandate

This policy is established to protect both the organization and its members. The 18+ requirement ensures:

• Legal Capacity: All members have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and the Legal Assurance Agreement.
• Financial Compliance: Adherence to international banking and cryptocurrency regulations regarding the management of financial assets.
• Operational Integrity: Maintenance of a “No-Scam” environment by ensuring all participants are adults responsible for their own financial decisions and tax obligations.

Verification and KYC Investigation

Eligibility is not granted based on self-declaration. All applicants must undergo the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process:

• Documentation: A valid, government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID) is required.
• Date of Birth Verification: The administrative team will confirm that the date of birth on the provided ID matches the registration data.
• Account Processing: No account will be activated, and no financial payouts will be processed until the applicant’s age of 18 is successfully verified against internal records.

Minor Account Prohibition

• Strict Rejection: Any application identified as belonging to a minor (under 18) will be immediately rejected and flagged in the Centralized Record.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts cannot be opened on behalf of a minor, even by a legal guardian, in accordance with the Integrated Payment Processing Protocol.

Administrative Enforcement

Administrators are responsible for enforcing this policy during the daily vetting process. Failure to verify a member’s age before account approval constitutes a violation of the Ethical Code and the Standard of Operational Excellence.
